What's in the refill

Each refill cartridge contains the same 6-stage media as the original NaturaWai filter:

• Activated carbon — reduces chlorine, odour, and other contaminants
• KDF 55 — targets heavy metals and bacteria, extends filter life
• Calcium sulfite — fast-acting chlorine reduction
• Mineral ball blend — adds beneficial trace minerals
• Maifan stone — natural mineral stone with skin-supportive trace minerals
• Vitamin C — neutralises chlorine and chloramines

How often to replace

Replace every 3–4 months for couples, or every 2–3 months for households of four or more. This depends on your incoming water quality and shower duration. When filtration performance drops, it's time for a new cartridge.
