Important Usage Information

Please read the following instructions carefully before using the detector.

• The detector is waterproof to 60 m / 200 ft for up to 30 minutes. For extended operation, a depth of up to 15 m is recommended.

• Before powering on the device, ensure the angle between the handle and coil is greater than 90°. Do not turn on the device while the coil is folded.

• Do not pull on the coil cable. The cable connection is sealed with resin to prevent water leakage.

• Always attach the lanyard or anti-loss bracelet when diving to prevent losing the detector underwater.

• Ensure the battery cap threads and O-rings are clean and free from sand or debris.

• Lubricate the O-rings with silicone grease regularly to maintain a waterproof seal.

• Before entering the water, confirm the battery cap is tightly secured.

• After every dive, rinse the detector with fresh water. Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents.

• Dry the detector thoroughly before storage.

• If storing for long periods, remove the battery from the device.

• Do not store in extreme temperatures for long periods.
