The measurements above are the listed product dimensions. Their inside/outside measurement basis, usable internal space and maximum supported pet weight have not yet been confirmed for this NZ SKU. Please contact us before ordering if you need these details to assess fit.

Check your cat's fit before buying

1. Measure your cat's body length from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail, its width at the shoulders or widest point, and its standing height to the top of the head or ears, whichever is higher.
2. Ask us to confirm the usable inside dimensions and supported pet weight for the current NZ carrier. Do not use the listed measurements as a substitute for those checks.
3. Check that your cat can stand, turn and lie in a natural position in the carrier configuration you will use for travel. Allow for bedding and the space taken up by any accessories.

Measurement points follow IATA's animal measurement guidance; general fit advice follows SPCA New Zealand. This is fit guidance, not IATA approval of this carrier. For air travel, check your airline's exact carrier and pet requirements before buying.

How to use

• Let your pet explore the carrier at home first to build familiarity.
• Check zippers and connectors before travel.
• Keep your cat contained during the journey, with ventilation clear and the carrier secured so it cannot move around.
• Supervise use and stop using the carrier if any part is damaged.

Read SPCA's car-travel guidance before a journey.

Care

Our existing care guidance is to wipe clean with a soft damp cloth, let the carrier air-dry fully, keep it dry and avoid prolonged soaking. Follow any instructions supplied with the carrier.
