Important: Under New Zealand law, gas cooking appliances (grills, ovens and hobs) must be installed and certified by a licensed, certifying gasfitter.
- AS/NZS 5601.2 Compliant: Built specifically for marine and RV use with Flame Failure Devices (FFD) on all burners.
- Certification Required: Your installer must provide a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) and Gas Safety Certificate (GSC).
- Warranty & Insurance: DIY installation or use of an unlicensed installer voids the product warranty and your marine/vehicle insurance.
- Clearance Specs: Requires 20mm side gaps, 40mm rear gap, and 600mm overhead clearance.
- Verify your tradesperson on the official NZ PGDB Register.
