If your Jeep Cherokee XJ or Wrangler TJ is driving you mad with that annoying rattle or thump coming up through the floorboard, chances are it's your factory bar pin shock mount causing the drama. Rough Country's Bar Pin Eliminator Kit sorts this out properly — it replaces the front lower bar pin mount with a beefier bolt-on setup that lets the bushings fill the shock loop eye completely, cutting out the slack that causes all that noise.
- Fits Jeep Cherokee XJ and Wrangler TJ / Wrangler Unlimited (4WD models)
- Eliminates rattling and thumping from the front lower shock mount
- Stronger construction than the factory bar pin setup
- Simple bolt-on installation — no fabrication needed
- Sold individually
It's a small fix that makes a real difference to ride quality and refinement, especially on Jeeps that have done a few kilometres on rough Kiwi roads and tracks. As New Zealand's official Rough Country importer, Magwarehouse stocks these ready to go. Pop into our Manukau workshop — no appointment needed — or give us a ring on 09 250 1803 if you want to chat it through first.
