Davey Microlene Acquasafe is a tank water disinfectant for rainwater tanks. It uses hydrogen peroxide stabilised with silver, and Davey says it breaks down into oxygen and water.
Davey says one dose protects the tank for up to two months. Dose to the rate on the label, then check the level with Acquasafe residual test strips 24 hours after dosing, after heavy rain, and at least every 2–3 weeks. Davey recommends 1 micron filtration alongside it. Choose from three bottle sizes.
If you drink your tank water, pair it with filters plus UV.
