If you're running a lifted Jeep Cherokee XJ or Comanche MJ and want to unlock serious off-road articulation without sacrificing your on-road manners, these Rough Country front sway bar disconnects are exactly what you need. Designed for XJs from 1984–2001 and Comanche MJs from 1986–1992 running 3.5 to 6 inches of suspension lift, they let you disconnect the front sway bar with a simple pull of a pin when the trail gets gnarly — then reconnect just as easily for the drive home.
- Quick pull-pin disconnect system — no tools needed on the trail
- Links fold up and secure neatly out of the way when disconnected
- Bolt-on installation, no cutting or fabrication required
- Significantly improves axle articulation over rough terrain
- Keeps normal sway bar function when reconnected for safe road driving
- Suits lifted XJs and MJs with 3.5–6 inches of suspension lift only
