Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Select the Drill Bit

Choose the drill bit size that matches the hole you need.
Use smaller bits for delicate or precise work.

2. Insert the Drill Bit

• Loosen the pin vise chuck by turning it counter-clockwise.

• Insert the drill bit fully into the chuck.

• Tighten the chuck by turning clockwise until the bit is firmly secured.

3. Secure the Workpiece

Hold the material firmly or clamp it in place.
Make sure the surface is stable before drilling.

4. Drill the Hole

• Hold the pin vise vertically with gentle downward pressure.

• Rotate the handle slowly between your fingers.

• Let the drill bit cut naturally — do not force it.

5. Finish and Remove

Once the hole reaches the desired depth:

• Stop rotating

• Gently pull the drill bit out
