A 20" Jumbo carbon block from Waimana for bigger homes and busier water use. It reduces chlorine, taste and odour and catches fine sediment, using activated carbon around a polypropylene core, for cold water at 5–45°C.
Most homes want the 5 micron 20CTO05. It's rated at 75 L/min, plenty for a busy household, and it's the carbon block for Waimana Waiora Ultra UV systems. Choose the 1 micron 20CTO01 for a finer final stage, or the 0.5 micron 20CTO-UF for the finest filtration in the range. Whichever grade you pick, change it every 6–12 months, and a sediment filter ahead of it helps the carbon last longer.
