Wanaka Rimu Large Rimu Bookcase | BroDeals New Zealand
The Wanaka Rimu Large Bookcase is a tall, solid bookcase crafted from durable Fijian heart rimu, with a grain pattern reminiscent of classic New Zealand heart rimu. Standing 186cm high and 95cm wide, it pairs fixed middle shelves for structural stability with adjustable shelves elsewhere, so you can organise the spacing around books, folders and display pieces. It makes a natural centrepiece in a living room, study or hallway.
Why It Stands Apart
- Durable heart rimu: Heart timber gives the bookcase exceptional strength, which matters at this height and shelf load.
- Fixed middle shelves: The fixed centre shelves brace the carcass, so the whole unit stays rigid rather than racking over time.
- Adjustable remaining shelves: Customise the rest of the shelf spacing to fit paperbacks, hardbacks or taller treasures.
- Tall 186cm storage: A generous amount of shelving in a slim 31cm depth, so it stores a lot without eating the room.
- Stunning natural grain: The rimu figure makes it a feature piece as much as a storage one.
