DESCRIPTION
Ados E3 Epoxy Mortar is a two part silica based epoxy. Once mixed, the putty can be easily moulded to form permanent watertight repairs with a smooth finish to concrete, brick, mortar and plaster. It adheres well to wet surfaces and is suitable for most underwater repairs. In cured form ADOS E3 Epoxy Mortar is many times harder and more impact resistant than concrete, has a similar consistency and colour to new concrete, and has excellent chemical and UV resistance.
Applications
Used to join manhole risers and repairs. For sealing concrete and most plastic pipes. Suitable for patching and forming concrete products, grouting and bedding. Repairing concrete paths and driveways. Patches to vertical walls, cracked bricks and blockwork. Use for starter bolts, concrete forms and ferro cement boats. Ideal for coving, ramps, pool repairs, fishponds, roof tiles.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
Action Outdoors may, at its discretion, accept returns for Store Credit or Exchange only where a customer changes their mind or no longer requires the item.
Conditions:
Return request must be made within 7 days of purchase
Proof of purchase is required
Goods must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging
Goods must be free from defects, damage, or signs of use
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Where free or subsidised shipping was provided, the actual shipping cost incurred by Action Outdoors will be deducted from the Store Credit issued.
Change-of-mind returns are not a right under the CGA and are accepted solely at Action Outdoors' discretion.
Non-Returnable Goods
The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:
Goods marked as “Sent from Supplier”
Custom-made goods or goods cut to length
Clearance items, unless faulty
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled (in whole or in part) without the written consent of Action Outdoors. Where cancellation is approved, we may require reimbursement for any costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including materials, handling, and labour.
Faulty Goods & Consumer Guarantees Act Rights
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the CGA, which may include:

Replacement
Refund (for failures of a substantial character)
The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the fault and will be determined in accordance with the CGA.

Products will be assessed internally and/or by the manufacturer or distributor. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Action Outdoors will provide a remedy consistent with the CGA.
Inspection & Visible Damage
All items are inspected prior to dispatch. Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any visible damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to report within this timeframe may affect the ability to lodge a courier or insurance claim
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Where a customer authorises delivery without signature (ATL):
Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are delivered
Action Outdoors is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after delivery
Any remedy offered in these circumstances is discretionary and does not override CGA obligations
Store Credit Conditions
Store Credit is non-refundable
Store Credit may have an expiry date
Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash
