Security locking pin for TC30 TC40 Duofit Couplings
A security locking pin for TC30 TC40 couplings is one of the simplest and most effective ways to protect your trailer from theft or unwanted disconnection. Designed to suit Trojan TC30 and TC40 Duofit coupling systems, this lock allows your trailer coupling to be secured whether it is connected to the tow vehicle or parked while disconnected.
Built with a hardened steel lock and pin, this coupling security accessory is made to handle harsh outdoor conditions and regular use. It’s ideal for boat trailers, caravans, and general-purpose trailers where security is important—especially when leaving your trailer unattended at the boat ramp, campsite, or driveway.
This lock works by replacing the standard coupling lock pin on TC30 couplings. For Duofit couplings, there is a provision in the coupling head where the locking pin fits, preventing the handle from being lifted and helping stop the coupling from being released. Each lock is supplied with keys, making it quick and easy to secure your trailer when needed.
