Trojan Leaf Springs — The Foundation of Trailer Suspension

Leaf springs are the primary suspension component on most trailers. Trojan springs are Dacromet coated for superior corrosion resistance — lasting up to 10× longer than painted springs in NZ's salt-air environment.

Spring Types

Taper Leaf Single tapered leaf, lighter weight 500–2000 kg
Double Eye Eye mount both ends, smoother ride 1500–1750 kg
Deep Set Slipper Deeper mounting for lower ride height 770–2000 kg
Long Series Longer springs for heavier loads 1000–1900 kg
