 Shipping & Delivery within New Zealand:  Local courier from Rosebank Road Shop     Target 2-3 working days service, plus an extra 2 Days if an RD Address

2) 4-7 Working days For Orders Sent directly from the NZ suppliers

3) 7-45 Days for Products sent from China

Your order will generally be processed within 24-48 hours of placing your order, we use Courier Post, Poste Haste or Castle Pastles for fast & secure delivery for shipping within New Zealand Monday to Friday (business days), for rural delivery sometimes a third party is used.  Orders received after 1: 00 pm will be processed the next business day. Mainfreight for Bulk shipping 25 kg+

Please note that dates given for delivery are the best estimate and are given in good faith, but are not to be treated as a condition of the sale. No claim shall be made by you for late delivery, however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

Action Outdoors Ltd's Company Policy is: All Goods are sent with a Signature Required for your and Our Security. For any Goods not needing a Signature, you, the Buyer, need to contact the relevant courier/freight Company and sign an Authority to Leave Form. 

Before your order leaves our premises we undertake several internal quality control checks on each component. These checks will ensure that the goods leave our premises in pristine condition. Despite the best efforts of our chosen transport providers, you must take every opportunity to inspect the products for damage before accepting their receipt from the delivery driver. In the worst-case scenario, you should note any signs of damage to the external packaging on the drivers run sheet or consignment note.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, we will exercise every effort to process a claim with the transport company on your behalf in a professional and, above all, prompt fashion. Please note that all deliveries are conducted under the Carriage of Goods Act 1979.
