The Buck 698 Ferrox Grey pairs a black D2 reverse tanto blade with a grey anodised aluminium handle — the cleanest-looking of the three Ferrox colourways and a lightweight, capable everyday carry.

The 698 Ferrox is Buck's modern everyday-carry folder. An ambidextrous crossbar lock lets you drop the blade with either hand — no fingers behind the edge — and thumb studs open it with a flick. The 3⅜″ reverse tanto blade is D2 tool steel with a black finish: a longer-lasting edge than a standard stainless, and a strong, blunt-backed tip that takes abuse on strapping, staples and packaging.

The anodised aluminium handle carries diamond knurling down the centreline for grip, a reversible tip-up deep-carry pocket clip for left or right-hand carry, and an integrated lanyard hole.
