Heat & Cold Pack

Warm it in the microwave. Chill it in the freezer. One pack for sore muscles, tight shoulders, cramps and long days.

This isn't a wheat bag from the supermarket. It's stonewashed Turkish linen filled with Canterbury-grown flaxseed and dried lavender, cut and sewn by hand in our Auckland workroom.

The raw cotton handles are always comfortable to hold, even straight out of the microwave or freezer, so the pack is easy to pick up, wrap and hold in place.
