The MATRIKX CTO Plus 1 Micron Jumbo Carbon Block Cartridge combines high-capacity carbon treatment with finer particulate filtration and VOC reduction.

Chlorine, Taste & Odour Reduction

The coconut shell activated carbon adsorbs chlorine and compounds responsible for unpleasant tastes and odours, helping improve drinking-water quality throughout the system.

Both the CTO and CTO Plus provide chlorine, taste and odour reduction.

PFAS Reduction

Both options provide PFAS reduction.

Installation

These cartridges fit compatible 10" Jumbo / Big Blue open-sump filter housings.

To replace the cartridge:

1. Turn off the water supply.
2. Release pressure from the filter housing.
3. Unscrew and remove the housing sump.
4. Remove the existing cartridge.
5. Clean the housing as required.
6. Check that the housing O-ring is clean and correctly seated.
7. Install the selected MATRIKX cartridge.
8. Reassemble the housing.
9. Slowly restore the water supply.
10. Check carefully for leaks.
11. Flush the new cartridge before drinking the water.
