Understanding the Specs

Mesh Depth (MD) = how many meshes from top rope to bottom rope on your finished net.

Twine Thickness = the diameter of the nylon line used to make the mesh. Thicker = stronger:

0.35mm = 15lb breaking strain
0.50mm = 30lb breaking strain
0.60mm = 40lb breaking strain
0.70mm = 50lb breaking strain
0.80mm = 70lb breaking strain
0.20×6mm (multi-mono) = 30lb breaking strain
