Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

Goods may be returned for credit only if we have agreed in writing; returns are based on the discretion of Action Outdoors.

Any Goods Marked as Sent from Supplier Cannot Be Returned. 

Any Goods Custom-made or Cut to length Cannot Be Returned

If the product is out of stock or ETA is more than 30 days, we will full refund your money. 

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.yourstorename.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@yourstorename.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@yourstorename.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item's weight and the region where it’s being delivered. Please enter your address at checkout and check the shipping price. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Refunds and Exchange Policy

We believe you will be very satisfied with your purchase from Action Outdoors Kiwi. You are however welcome to return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase if you change your mind or the item is unwanted. We do require a receipt, the item(s) to be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and without any defects or damage

PRODUCT RETURN FORM

Change of mind goods / unwanted WebSite orders: If the need arises, you are welcome to return the item if it is unused, in its original saleable condition and packaging, and with proof of purchase based on the following detailed terms:

  • You may request a refund up to 7 days after purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Some items have subsidised shipping rates or free shipping, so the company's costs to ship the order will be removed from the refund total. Please enquire with the Action Outdoors Team about this shipping cost price prior to confirming your order. Please note that there may be a restocking fee incurred for items that have been ordered to fill the order. You may not cancel an order for Goods, wholly or partly, without our written consent. As a condition of giving our permission, we may require reimbursement of any costs (including materials, handling fees and labour) incurred by us in connection with the order up to the date of our consent.
  • Clearance Items: Products identified and advertised as clearance will not be accepted if returned unless faulty.
  • Goods may be returned for credit only if we have agreed in writing; returns are based on the discretion of Action Outdoors.

Visible Defects: Our team inspect all items that leave our stores. Please also inspect the items delivered to ensure they are in new condition, without defects or damage. Any visible concerns with your product need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, a warranty or insurance claim may not be possible.

Warranty Issues: On the rare occasion that you think a product purchased from our website is faulty and under warranty, please contact us immediately.  Email sales@actionoutdoors.kiwi regarding returns of online orders. If Action Outdoors deems the product as a potential warranty claim, the item must be returned to the address below with a cover letter containing your details and stating the issue, plus any other information relevant to the warranty claim. Sending photos will help speed up your remedy.

Once we receive the product, it will be assessed internally and/or sent to the distributor for warranty analysis. If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault at first, we will repair, replace, or give a full refund at our discretion. If the item was purchased in-store, contact the store directly.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
