Trailcom supplies a full range of Trojan Hub & Stub Kits – Non Braked, designed for durability, compatibility, and ease of installation. These kits include a 38mm diameter stub axle that can be welded to your axle tube, providing a strong and reliable foundation for your trailer.

Key Features of Non Braked Hub & Stub Kits

  • Stub Axle Included: Each kit comes with a 38mm diameter stub axle for secure weld-on installation.

  • Load Rated by GVM: Hubs are grouped by Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) based on a single axle with a pair of hubs.

  • Bearing Compatibility: Check your existing bearing numbers. Match the “L” or “LM” code to our bearing kits to confirm hub GVM rating.

  • Upgrade Ready: If no match is found, a new hub and stub set may be required.

  • Stud Patterns Available: Wide range of patterns to suit common wheel sizes. The most popular is a 5 stud, 4 ½” PCD, matching our most commonly stocked rims and tyres.

  • Disc-Ready Options: Many hubs can accept a bolt-on disc, though supplied without discs as standard.
