The Orvis Pro Zipper Waders feature an exclusive 100% CORDURA® fabric shell, designed to withstand the most challenging fishing environments. With four layers in the upper section and five layers in the lower, these waders offer outstanding abrasion resistance, puncture protection, and breathability — perfect for anglers who spend long days in the water.
A TIZIP® Masterseal waterproof front zipper delivers quick, reliable access and easy on-and-off functionality. Tested to last for over 200 days of rigorous field use, it ensures a watertight seal that maintains integrity through years of fishing.
At just 52 oz (medium regular), these waders strike a balance between lightweight comfort and exceptional strength, providing total mobility without compromising durability.
Advanced Design for All-Day Comfort
Orvis has refined every detail to maximise comfort and usability. The adjustable elastic suspenders with opposing buckles allow quick conversion from chest-high to waist-high waders — ideal for warm conditions or deep wades.
Inside, two spacious internal storage pockets keep fly boxes and tools organised. On the exterior, you’ll find split fleece-lined handwarmer pockets for cold days, as well as two additional storage pockets with YKK AquaGuard-coated zippers to protect gear from moisture. A split Hypalon daisy chain provides quick docking for tippet spools, forceps, or other essentials.
The five-layer lower leg design features removable OrthoLite X25 knee pads for added protection and comfort when kneeling in rocky streams. PU cage mesh gravel guards reduce water drag and prevent buildup, while anatomically correct neoprene booties provide a comfortable, secure fit inside your boots.
