Cast Iron Calipers – Hydraulic Type

• Manufactured from SG cast iron

• Electro zinc plated for corrosion protection

• Fitted with a Phenolic piston (non-rusting, high-strength material)

• Brass slide pins and bleed screws with stainless steel fittings

• Stopping capacity:

  • 1500kg per pair (with 225mm dia rotors)

  • 2000kg per pair (with 275mm dia rotors)

Stainless Steel Calipers – Hydraulic Type

• Cast in high-grade stainless steel for complete corrosion resistance

• Ideal for boat trailers and marine use

• Equipped with Phenolic pistons, brass, and stainless fittings

• Brake pads include stainless steel backing plates to prevent lining separation from corrosion

• Same stopping capacity and specifications as cast iron versions

Retro Fit Calipers – Hydraulic Type

• Available in cast iron only

• Direct replacement for discontinued early MK2 Trojan hydraulic calipers
