This way, you can comfortably and safely do squats, bench presses, dips, overhead presses, floor presses, barbell bent over rows, and shrugs. The squat racks are made with 1.5 mm thick steel, so they hold your bars and weights nice and steady with the solid steel tubing. Most importantly, it can hold up to 250 kg in total, ideal for both beginners and advanced players. Don't worry about storage or moving it around, either. The compact size and relatively lightweight construction make it easy to maneuver and store when you're done. Plus, it's simple to put together!
