Designed specifically for 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models with half steel doors, it's built to factory original specifications for a proper, wrinkle-free fit — no hacking around required.
The fabric is 23oz vinyl-coated polyester cotton, UV and mildew resistant, with heat-tape sealed seams and double-stitched marine-grade thread throughout. The DOT-approved zip-on windows (31% tint) meet both US and European standards, and they pull off easily when you want open-air driving. Belt rail and hook-and-loop attachments make installation straightforward — no specialist tools needed.
